Student Life

THA recognizes that a student’s learning experiences extend beyond the classroom, so we provide many opportunities for our students to develop their strengths, knowledge, and connection to Judaism, allowing them to help create and be a part of the THA community. Students can pursue their interests by participating in a variety of programs that we offer, such as performing arts, studio art, gardening, student council, mock trial, and athletics. These experiences provide a wonderful opportunity for our students to expand upon or discover interests, develop their leadership skills and relationships with peers, and experience the benefits of being a part of a community.

Our students are surrounded by Jewish values, and Judaism is embraced as students learn about, experience, and celebrate the Jewish holidays together. Our students are also given many opportunities to take part in service projects and learn the importance of Tikkun Olam, repairing the world. Through this approach, our students are able to apply their Jewish values to the needs of the greater community.
